Flat foot/Overpronation peeps: I tried both AE1 and Harden 8. AE1’s were definitely more snug, too snug for my liking. (I like to wiggle my toes a bit) Harden 8 were a better fit but had a lil pinching on the sides of my toes and above but it goes once it breaks in. AE1s were definitely bouncier on foot from the get go but I felt more stable with the Harden 8. Harden 8’s kinda dragged me down due to the weight of the heel so I didn’t feel as bouncy. Harden 8 doesn’t help with overpronation and it seems to push my feet to do it more. I highly recommend orthotics/insoles if your foot overpronantes. FYI I went TTS and it fits fine
i think if you have an orthotics insole in there you would be good. i always add one and plan on ordering me a pair b4 they all sell out. Green is on the way though.
