MkLeo's nerves got to him. So many wins in neutral but still lost game 4. If he'd down-aired at 10:24 when he was right above of Nairo then he could have ended this shit with a statement.
If he missed he would have been dead.
Dair in that situation would have been a terrible idea, even if it would have worked he had like 10% chance of happening and if it didn't connect he would have be dead. Nairo still had a jump, so he may have done like 20 different mix up with his recovery.
About the part of the "neutral wins"... that's how the MU work. Is not the first time and won't be the last time, percents lead over Bowser doesn't matter if you don't take the stock.
"Nairo had a jump" THE FUCK Look closer moron, he used his double jump after whiffing that super wide f-air when he was directly under Cloud. He then up-b'd which means he was stuck in recovery and perfectly ripe for a d-air or f-air spike. Might wanna study the footage first next time.

But for anyone who can actually read the situation, the opponent being deep off stage, directly below the ledge, playing as a big meatball character like Bowser: that is a GIFT. Use your brain. It's not like there wasn't time to react. The moment Nairo whiffed the F-air and drifted right, his recovery angle was predetermined. Given that literally all of Cloud's aerials outreach the up b hitbox, all signs say its a great chance for a spike. Is it risky? Maybe, but he's a game up and set-winning spike opportunity like that doesn't come along very often. It's worth the risk, if you're not a fucking coward.
Hell, I didn't even notice the first time that MkLeo actually killed himself with that lazy air dodge. He could have ledge snapped and then edge guarded easily. I can't believe people are saying this is a hype set. That was an all-you-can-eat spaghetti buffet.

He didn't jumped before the fair, he still had a jump. He could have waited then jumped, jumped and air dodged, and a lot of other mix ups. In others words, only a idiot would have done something stupid and risky like that, surely not a player like MKLeo.

Slow the video footage down. Watch closely at 10:23-10:24. He is VISIBLY RISING out of the bottom of the screen in NON up-special animation, AFTER the flubbed f-air, meaning he just double jumped. He then visibly uses the up-special, blindly, meaning he would not have been able to react to a spike.
