C5 Corvette Headlight Dance (Possibly possessed?)

My 99 C5 Corvette did this when I hit unlock at night. Is it moderately possessed? Fortunately the solution was simply turning off twilight mode, or at least it doesn't try and pop the headlights up on unlock. Headlights work normal when the car is turned on.
