Like an idiot, I paid for it to check a car I was going to buy. It found zero info other than make model buuuut gave me an extra one for free so I guess when I next change car I can use it to be sure it's vin matches the make/model again.
@@anonysend6532 I really don’t understand why anyone uses it at all there are several reputable checks available for a fraction of the price. The only USP they have are photos of previous write offs which never appear whenever any CZcamsr does one, and what do the photos matter anyway? They don’t. If you are buying a cat N or S and know you are you don’t care, and if you do an HPI and find out a car you want is a write off and you didn’t know then you aren’t going to buy it. It’s not as good of a USP as they think it is.

The Alfa was registered in Aberdeen (SV) and the Mazda was registered in Dundee (SP) which isn’t far from where you ended up. Nice touch bringing them back ‘home’
Love this, when I was 19 I bought a 4 year old RX8 231 6 Spd in Sunlight Silver exactly like Alex's....... drove it about 28k miles in 2 years and it never let me down! Rare Rotary W..... Loving the channel chaps, keep it up!

So, why is the Brera in the "unreliable car" category? Those have issues with power steering reservoir ( the part was later updated I think) the M32 gerarbox ( which was substituted with an updated Fiat gearbox that goes back to 147/156/GT days and was much better than that getrag box) and maybe front subrame rusting ( but not the whole car, usually). That seems like less issues than a Passat from the same era?
I was so excited for this series I was worried it'd be disappointing. Turned out I was right to be excited. Genuinely didn't want the episode to end
I don't like new people being added to content but Tom is naturally entertaining and Rory fits in so well as the third musketeer. I demand you never stop making these videos

Im italian, I HAVE TO cheer for the alfa... but apart from that. Can i just say, and this might be a very popular opinion. That alfa, even as jagged, rough, paint missing, bumped in, dirty and unloved... is still a gorgeous car. Gorgeous.
This along with Car Trek are the only channels that make me feel like I'm watching an old episode of Top Gear. Keep it up :)
Bought my 1998 Corsa B 1.4 8v x14sz for €50,- fixt it for about €50,- still drive it after 4 years started at 198988km now its on 266240km no problems and still going strong!

I was going to say something about the fact that Alfa Romeos are not at all unreliable in my personal experience, but I remembered that was only because i used to take them to a specialist twice a year for servicing and to keep on top of everything. But they are great when they're working properly.

I owned that rx8 for 6 years, bought it at 3 years old and looked after it for 6 years, sold it with 28k on the clock. Nice too see it come home, lived in Perth about 30 miles from Gleshee and Knockhill. In the time I had it only needed a new battery and tires. good car!!
The fact that I drove that glenshee road every week for 14 months and then to see yous there. Just goosebumps. Massive fan so it means a lot that yous were enjoying somewhere that means a lot to me. No matter how bad the rest of my week at work was, I got to drive that road, and that made everything worth it ❤

I've got a 40 year old b2000. Everyone told me it wouldn't make it anywhere. Took it on a 3000 mile road trip, made it no issues, super comfortable, 25mpg fully loaded up
