How to Grow Microgreens & Make Delicious Egg Paste With Them
Microgreens are full of nutrition's and so easy to grow all year round that there is no excuses not to have them in your kitchen. You can prepare some delicious meals with them or just sprinkle on top of an omelette, sandwich or anything you can think off. I will also show you my favourite egg paste recipe that has been with my family for as long as I can remember.
Egg Paste recipe:
- 8 hard bolid eggs
- one medium size onion
- microgreens of your choice
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 3 - 4 teaspoons of tomato concentrate
- salt and pepper
