BBC breakfast: Making lots of ice-cream at the factory for the heatwave

Anna is down at the ice-cream factory as they talk about their favourite ice cream flavour. Anna says the best contender in the best flavour is chocolate brownie. What flavor is yours , I like rum and raisin.
Sarah who makes the ice-cream says they make just over a ton of brownie ice-cream over the year. In this video it tells you what people will buy during the heatwave.
Only a few miles away near the church top of Brotton there is an ice-cream factory making different flavours.
I saw an advert with an ice-cream maker but knew it would be a bit pricey. I just kept my eyes open and bought one for £3 a bargain at a charity shop.
