- This is a taste test/review of Tillamook Ice Cream in two flavors including Chocolate Peanut Butter and Malted Moo Shake. They were $7.99 each at Jungle Jim’s International Market. 2/3 cup (95g) = 240 calories

So true. Ingenious really: adding malt powder to the vanilla recipe.
You can buy malted milk powder in Walmart in Vanilla and in Chocolate and just sprinkle it on your ice cream of any flavor to have that malted taste. I keep a container of each in my house.

Malted Moo Shake is one of my favorite Tillamook flavors. When I eat it, I always mix in a spoonful of peanut butter (the natural kind). The malt + peanut butter is a great combo.
We never let ice cream soften. We just run the ice cream scoop under very warm water, and it scoops right out :)
I never let it soften either. But I also never run my scoop under very warm water. I just WRESTLE with it or ask my husband to do it. Patience is a virtue, and I could do with more.😂

Ooh, are you talking about Breyers Chocolate Peanut Butter? That's my FAVORITE choc pb ice cream because of the large slabs of frozen, salty peanut butter. But 3 cheers for Tillamook! Glad you're liking them.

I liked the peanut butter one but thought Turkey Hills chocolate peanut butter is much better and my fave!
I’m not sure how difficult it would be to insert a photo in the video with the peanut butter ribbon- but if it’s difficult dont worry about it. Also, instead of holding food up to focus on the camera- it would be better to insert a photo. Now, if this is very difficult don’t do it, because your current way of filming is working perfectly!
You could mix Ovaltine or Carnation Malted Milk powder into your vanilla or chocolate ice cream. That would be delicious, too!

We have Tillamook products in our local Walmart. Cheese yogurt and ice cream anyway. I think they were a bit cheaper there than where you bought these.

Yes, our Tillamook products are cheaper too - I'm sure it's because we're so much closer to Oregon. Sometimes Albertsons runs sales and we can get those ice cream tubs for $1.88.👍

@@TamiDunn Yes! I credit that to Albertsons running KILLER sales. They're kinda crazy sometimes! Our Walmart's normal price for Tillamook ice cream is $4.74, while Alberstons charges $6.59. But with sales like that cropping up, I wait to strike until then, LOL!

I was just about to comment on that. I love the fudge in that one. As I type this, I have two in my freezer...and am going to eat a couple scoops shortly.
