Every time I paint, the insanity in my mind just STOPS. I have learned to love my art work. My husband and children are thankful for you, as am i. I just taught a class of 24 middle schoolers how to do your snowman Cardinal painting for the 8th grade fund raiser for their class trip!! they are meant to give the painting to their parents for Christmas.. we raised enough funds to send one child who could not afford the trip the ticket to go. candice bergstrom 8x10 is totally awesome! I would use them for the lesson to shorten the video time but they would be too hard to see. I get a lot of 8 x 10s and they all look awesome :)

I don't know if you'll see this but I just wanted to tell you thank you..you are so inspiring and I literally started crying because I realized how much I miss art and painting. I used to do it a lot but was told that it was dumb to pursue and that I would never be successful at it or be able to support myself with it. Now, I'm at college studying something that I hate because it's more "acceptable" . I don't know what the future holds for me, but I hope I can start painting again because I remember how happy it used to make me. This might sound cheesy or lame, but your words meant a lot to me! You're a great teacher and I can't wait to watch the rest of your videos! Thank you :)

Lynda my paint stays wet for two reason I am working very fast and painting with professional grades of paint. You can add slo-dri by liquitex to your paint and it will slow it down. There is also a slower drying acrylic called golden open. :)
