My biggest struggle...patience. :) My royalties went from 2 figures forever (literally over the last probably 10 years, but I wasn't really looking into sync until about 2 years ago, and really last year), to 10x that within less than a year of focusing on sync. So...just being patient and consistently making quality music.

Timely communication from some of the libraries that I work with. It is expected in corporate America, it should be expected in the sync world.
