Domino also a good counter with a similar type of fight: parry only first then parry/sp1 when first bar of power is filled
I did white mags with my maxed stark spidey, once you have white mags any high damage hero or metal champ works, bleed immune is a plus, mutant a plus for the crits

Storm pyramid x is a good option with her passive stun
Bishop melts him with sp1's. You even do crazy damage through his blocks with Bishop's sp1's. I took Storm w/ me to give Bishop power right away.
7* og storm kills paragon bullseye end boss with 1 sp1
I clear it with 7*moondragon...level 1 unduped....her crits are amazing sometimes. .maybe i got luck

Prof X is helpless in that situation against Bullseye
Stryfe is also a good option. No evades

Yo man, sorry for late reply..
So, basically his annoying ability is the Killer Instint, which allow him to counter attacks (auto evade) when struck
This ability are not affected by ability accuracy, means Falcon or any champ with Slow Debuff/Passive cannot counter that effects
But, a Coldsnap and Prof X's base ability can still countering Bulls' Killer Instinct
(Champs with a Coldsnap : Kate Bishop, Iceman+bleed immune, Aarkus, and who else?)
