I just got an estimate from my contractor for a three bedroom two bath’s duplex apartment. Le40,000,000(mil) for foundation to lentils level. I will have to pay for the floating.. Le 40,000,000 for first floor to roofing. I have to pay for the roofing as well. This does not include electrician, plumbing engineer ect. How much was the total cost for your fence? I have 3 tan lot. I will appreciate your response ❤
