- I am a share holder of Nikola Motors, that certainly doesn't mean that I am recommending the stock. The stock closed this week of the 12th at $.70/share. The Market value is 996.6 million!
I really hope they get the battery pack situation worked out and they get back on line to sell and lease their semi's trucks, before other companies ramp up their electric trucks. They really should check out QuantumScape, or a company like them, and be the first semi with solid state batteries (faster charging and much longer battery pack life)!
My company bought two Nikola BEV’s and I can spot both of them in your video. Our trucks are grey and orange.
And what do you think? Is the share a buy or not? I ask as a german investor. What do you think about the futher of Nikolatrucks.

In my opinion, Nikola needs to get their battery problems solved first, get their battery only semi’s going back to fleets, then work on the hydrogen semi’s last. There is no doubt in my mind there is a future for hydrogen power semi’s if they get the infrastructure and cost of hydrogen fuel cheaper than the diesel equivalent trucks. The infrastructure for battery powered semi’s also is years away got long haul trucking, who’s going to be the winner??
