I once called a customer every Monday at 10:15 am for a complete year before he entrusted me with the first order...
After initially reaching the owner -
I asked him if I could make an appointment to call and follow up?
He replied same time next Monday?
I replied with an exact time so it would be in his planner.
I was never late.
Over the course of the next 7 years - I avg profited better than 100k per year.

Think past that, you can go to anh bank or financial institution in the world. Its about persistence. Rejection in a plethora until you get a yes from a bank creditor.
