Its quiet interesting how we reject the reality of our situation and expect to be able to observe it, control it and even change it. I used to be financially depressed until I read a book that made me realized that the secret to making a million is making better investments.
What I think everyone need is an adviser, who can help you get in and out of any investment at any time and you'd sure be in Profit. With this I feel anyone can basically achieve financial freedom.

@yahya when we counsel people we are helping them where they feel they are lacking. When we equip someone we are pointing out their strengths and enhancing or advancing them. Counseling is harder because a person feels they are in a ditch while equipping is adding to the hill they are already on.

Great video. We all strive for financial independence and better life. It’s not difficult in achieving this through the right investment, living frugally, and budgeting. I’m glad I learned early in life to work hard for financial freedom.
In my opinion, venturing into a good investment is not just a strategy for generating passive income but a profitable saving method for future expenses. Those who fail to make the right decisions early in life end up regretting it. Nevertheless, investing can be difficult and risky doing it solely, For this reason, I advise seeking help from professionals(financial advisors). It’s not just watching videos and reading investment books the challenge is using it well.

My biggest fear is losing my money on the wrong investment. For this reason, I’m willing to listen to ay suggestions and ideas on how to invest wisely.
As a retired CPA with a lot of experience, I firmly believe that the success of any investment depends on having the right information, regardless of what others say, do whatever you set your mind to. Warren Buffer always says "be greedy when others are fearful and be fearful when others are greedy". This is certainly the trick to succeeding even when others fail. I made $100,000 working with 'Jill Marie Carroll' a licensed financial adviser. It’s been a promising experience so far with her.

Here are some main points you should note guys :
1. The more valid reasons you have to accomplish your dreams , the higher odds are that you will.
2. Ask yourself Is your dream really your dream? (The first dream we have is of our parents dream).
3. Principles that are good without application OR connection are principles that are NOT going to work for you.
4. People hold themselves because they don't see what they will accomplish (work on it you will get all the answers).
5. A really great example at 15:15 (MUST WATCH)

6. You don't know what's around the corner till you go around the corner.
7. A lot of leaders fall short because they are unwilling to take what they know and act on it, so they never get to know what they could know.
8. Leadership is influence.
9. To increase your influence add value to people.
10. If you are out of position you are not going to be successful.

12. Excel in these areas : (i) Relationship , (ii) Equipping people , (iii) Attitude , (iv) Leadership
13. If you can make things happen for yourself, you have credibility to make things happen for others.
14. The only people who are going to win are the ones that can make adjustments.
15. If you really want to be transformed you have to live an intentional life.

This is a treasure-filled video! I first heard of him when my pastor had us go to hear him at Skyline Church in the mid 90s. From then on, I've read his books and watched his videps over and over. And after all that, I watch this video and it;'s like john Maxwell Concentrated Wisdom! Great interview!! John Maxwell changed my life in such a positive way. I picked up Success Magazine and he was on the cover, January of 2016. After reading an interview with him it snow balled into where i'm at in my life now. I have a Successful business, wonderful wife and the best son god could give me.
John is very special to my husband Jeff and myself as we met and got married at Skyline church. It was his messages that encouraged me to completely surrender my life to the Lord and I became a different person. John baptized me and Jeff was his prayer partner and would pray over John and the congregation during the services. We are forever grateful for the role he has played in our lives! About 1 month ago I encouraged Jeff to reach out to John and let him know what we were up to and inform him of WFG. So glad to see this interview! Thank you Ed!

What question would you have asked John if you had the chance to?
As God has clearly called me to, I am working on getting back into teaching dance to teens as a ministry to boost their morale and help them feel close to God and better about themselves. I want to use this evangelistically, including in schools, using a message of encouraging youth to not give up their identity based on what others think and say, or compromise their morals to gain other's love and approval.
Choose where you want to be. Lead your life and live it to the fullest.

At first , I thought this to be another opportunity for the interviewer to annoningly hang off his guests every word, like a star struck kid, no matter how profound/un-profound the words might be.He sed light, you see whoa, he sed around the corner ,you sed wow!I almost shut this down lol.Then towards the end ,obviously a first timer here to Ed's content , I realized I was watching two of the greatest , most humble gifts given to this platform. I've never heard or seen an interview so genuine that came from such a place of giving.I concluded that what I was watching was Ed's pure admiration for this remarkable man, admiration I now share. I'm glad I watched in its entirety and suppressed my inner most desire to judge.Great job Ed.

@@EdMylettShow I found John's point about leadership as it applies to faith being the most interesting part of this. God doesn't demand our satisfaction or admiration, God demands obedience. As leaders we obviously can't make people do things, that's being a dictator. It's just a refreshing example of leaders being influencers and leading by example. Hope that makes sense. I appreciate the value from your platform.

I’m a Pastor’s kid and my Dad and I have spent hours at a time (all through my life from teenage years in the 80’s and even to this week) talking about leadership. I got to hear him in person back in 2005 and had the pleasure of having him sign his book Time Matters. There’s so much gold in this interview. I’ll watch it again and take copious amounts of notes. to be intentional. After I influence myself to walk the steepest hill. I must influence two of my employees to take over what I know to be their sweet spot in my business which will add value to both of them which will compound our momentum. Oh man I loved this video. I love John Maxwell and his books and I also love you and what you are doing! The two of you dropped so many value bombs that this video should've had a cover charge 😀. One of the things I liked best about this video is how his presence affected you. I mean at times you were giddy ( for lack of a better word) and that's how I would be but from you man that shows great humility and it shows you let your guard down. You are a very good interviewer so please keep it up!
I tell you what it’s perfect harmony . A little piece of heaven for us to drive to live as you both live .. I’m about to take it back into super drive . I love my life and my wife is kick ass too . I need your help In being able to communicate with people and I’m in sales and i don’t know how the hell i sell I can barely communicate . But I smile and help. This has got to be one of my favorite interviews I have watched so far. Thank you for pursuing such high caliber people and bringing them to us. I was struck watching this particular interview how much you were engaged with John. Often interviews do not show both you and the other person together as much, but I was struck by how intently you made eye contact while listening. A true sign of respect!

Wow this is an excellent interviewed by Ed Mylett to John Maxwell. Ed Mylett questions that exposed the faith and leadership style of John Maxwell. This interviewed i learned a lot of lessons both Trained Leadership skill and Transformation Leadership Skill. Likewise, the most important thing in life if first to be faith person and appreciate the gifts that God given to you and also is to be intentional in our life and if we have good intention in our life regularly it will produce good results. In our journey uphill we should be intentional because we cannot reach to the peak of the hill or mountain by accident unless we are intentional in life. The same with our life in our relationship, job, business and leadership style we should be intentional. Thanks Ed Mylett and John Maxwell the interviewed is worthy to watch. God bless both of you!
You know what...... Watching Ed sit there soaking this up like a student in his first day of class is just so edifying and humbling. Eds already successful but to see him in awe with fascination to learn and hunger to be better is nothing short of amazing.....
