    What COB light do you use? How do you like the new Amaran 60D?

    Hey, great review! But I have to point out a mistake, though. At 9:20 you say that you cannot mount an umbrella to the VL150 and you absolutely can. The light has an umbrella mount built in. Please edit the video with an annotation to reflect that. So the Godox would have scored 30 points. ✌🏻 Other than that, good job!

      @@NOlimitsON I wanted to get all Aputure lights but with nothing between the 200d and the 120d/300d I think Godox UL150 is a good option for my daylight keylight as it's silent and has a much better all-metal build so I can use bigger modifiers if I want to. I'll also be getting a few Aputure lights for bi-colour and RGB lighting and special effects.

  • @hyunjoonkim
    @hyunjoonkim Před 2 lety +2

    Does the Amazon 100D have an option to run without the fan running? I heard there is a "silent fan" option, but I wasn't sure if that meant no fan running or just running at a lower level. Thank you!

    One question for lights. Do you think a V Mount Plate is neccesary and what do you htink about Bi Color. I mean if i shop for lights these features sound nice but how often do you use it on set? Most of the time there is a power plug somewhere and regarding the Bi Color i don't know

    • @NOlimitsON
      @NOlimitsON  Před 2 lety

      Hey) I rarely use bi-color lights, it’s 95% daylight 5600k lights in my case. V-Mount is good, but the batteries itself are expensive and bulky… so in my opinion those are not the main factors

      @@NOlimitsON Thanks. So the Aputure 200d could be a good option? It has almost the same output as a 300d M1 and costs less than the Godox VL150 where i live with only 300€ while the Godox is 350€

    Привет! Спасибо что поделился интересным видео и сравнительным обзором. Но мне кажется что Amaran 60D незаслуженно получил всего одно очко в сравнении креплений. Мне кажется, это больной плюс, в его весе. Модификатор любого размера можно крепить на стойку, а уже прибор к самому модификатору. И проблема становится только в мощности источника: на сколько он сможет создать достаточно сильное и равномерное световое пятно.

    Hey there! Very well thought out, executed and edited video. I am trying to make a studio in our basement, and the lighting is not great. Would you recommend 1 VL150, or 2 60D lights? I have an M50 with 22mm pancake lens, which does excellent with normal lighting, but terrible in our basement. Here is an example with two 2000 lumen floor lamps I have pointed at me. The result kind of sucks: czcams.com/video/2SunSQd4qvs/video.html
    Also, if I get the 150D, do I need a soft box, or can I just point the light at my setup?

    • @NOlimitsON
      @NOlimitsON  Před 2 lety

      Hey) I think VL150 + 90cm soft-box with a grid would be a better solution)
