@rayban @raybanmeta Honest review. product is good when it works. the big problem is the glasses stopped working and try to file a warranty claim. you will be passed from customer service to after sale multiple times calls dropped and your forced to call again. finally got a service order and but never got a return label and box to ship back. after following up i finally got the label and the box only to find out that my service order is cancelled because the item was not sent out. fast forward to phone calls and chats and multiple attempts to get my glasses repaired before warranty expires. it was sent back to me still broken on the condition i sent it with just the glasses and the case not even the complete outer box that i sent it out with. overall. horrible customer service experience. one of the worst ever. i wouldn't recommend it due to the headache and trouble.
