Most folks aren't aware of this so I'll share a little secret... Trailers like this were actually designed for professional athletes. The average size is about 6'5'' 245 lbs (like me) and I can tell you 99% of the other 5th wheel trailers on the market are not tall enough for us once you enter the area inside that is "upstairs". We don't like having to duck. We do it everywhere we go. Trailers like this appeal to us because we don't mind climbing stairs to get in; we just want as much headroom as possible once we are inside. The price tag is not an issue either since most professional athletes can easily afford it. I'm personally looking into buying one of these soon because they offer a lot more interior and storage space than the motorhome I'm currently using.
First time on your channel, and first time I've seen a single level 5th wheel. What an interesting concept! I have mixed feelings about the stairwell in the entry, but the tradeoff is all that wonderful basement storage. The layout and decor are great and the kitchen is big and very functional. Love the full sized range and that multi level work sink with all the accessories! Beautiful rig. Very gracious living in this one.

First time I’ve seen your channel…I like it and subbed. As a retired police officer that loves RVing I appreciate your no BS candor. My wife and I currently own our fifth camper, an Grand Design Reflection 320MKS and love it. But with the cost of diesel right now I’m not sure how many times will be in it this year. By the way that’s a beautiful RV, but it’s a monster. Hope they’ll make some smaller ones.

Good video! I really like these RRs. I think one of these will be our next upgrade. I am sorry to see the sink change in the bathroom. I think those glass bowls really added a luxury touch.

Thanks for your video of the river ranch 2021, we bought the 2022. I like the sinks better, I hate hate the bowl sinks. My rv came with the washer dryer. I wish it had the swivel chairs mine came with the ugly chairs. So far I love it.

I love this 5'th wheel, good to see they ironed out a few bugs. Any idea when they are going to add a smaller, rear living RR model (36-38') to their line-up?

I really like this layout. I like the sinks in the bathroom are better then the bowl sinks.
I don't like the pop up electric outlets. Too easy for water and food to get in them.

Not crazy about window behind stove. Seems to be the thing now. Apparently the designers have never had any grease pop out. I would want a lip behind the sink so water doesn't drip off the back. Maybe I am just a messy cook and dishwasher.
Can you use a walker around the barrier on the stairs? Looks like it can be set up for a lift for wheel chair but can the wheel chair go down the hall.
Things you don't think about until you need it. Husband just broke his left clavicle and needs a left hip replacement. He can not get in our current rig because he can't use his left arm or leg. Currently in hotel since he can't drive. Thank you.
Love the layout. How is the installation inside and the windows. So generator don't come with it. And the black tank is not separate from the other tanks?
The overall fit and finish inside is of very high quality. You can get a generator as an option but it is not standard. It has a separate black tank for the toilet.

I just read the warranty information on this unit, and it states that it is for “short term camping”. Am I correct in assuming that being a full-timer would void the warranty?

What are you looking for specifically? A lot of times products claim that but there isn't actually any standardized system for determining that, so they can be empty words.
