I love the toy haulers with the patio doors and ac so the garage can truly be an extra bedroom, especially with a half or full bath. That's a huge difference for people once the kids are getting older! Love a loft too.
This is the perfect Toy Hauler option! It actually allows for the number of people you can sleep, in the living room. Love the half bath! I could care less about hauling toys. I'm looking for people haulers and allowing them to be able to have their own area in the hauler area.

The antenna that you were unsure about is actually for the Lippert OneControl cellular hotspot antenna. The cylindrical omnidirectional antenna that you previously pointed out is for over-the-air TV.
You can also upgrade the Omnidirectional antenna with a Gateway adapter for about $300 and put a sim card in it and make it a mobile hotspot.
great floor plan for a toy hauler, wish they would make one with a smaller garage and bigger Living /kitchen area for those that just want the extra space as an office or bedroom/craft room

I want to see one without the garage option but more bedrooms and living space but with that layout. He’s right that’s the best layout made thus far.

I would like to see a counter “drip stopper” on the counter along the sofa side. If you have a spill there, it’s going to be a mess trying to clean it. JMHO

That antenna on top is the Lippert One Control system, it is LTE connected to be controlled remotely. Great content!

@@oziomagreen9865 no it is simply so you can have connection to just the One Control system from your phone anywhere I believe. Monitor you batteries, tanks, start your generator, etc from anywhere.
The L shaped kitchen and living area is the best design for toy haulers in my opinion.

The layout is phenomenal. Might be my new favorite, aside from one that prioritizes the kitchen. But there are things I'm disappointed by: No soft close doors and drawers. No legs on the porch, but if the cable is rated high enough, maybe that's fine. No solar (maybe Keystone has me spoiled). Agreed that the hitch should be upgraded. No dishwasher.
I am glad to see it has an actual vent hood for the stove. Seems like almost everyone is going with a max air fan in the ceiling instead, but I prefer the vent.
There is solar grand design installed 2 300 watt panels on roof as well as solar system. We did need to buy 2 more batteries
So the reason there’s not a dishwasher is because it takes up to much water/space in the tanks
This RV is NICE ! I love the modern cabinets, decor. I love the big windows with out the old fashioned bulky valances. I love the modern interior colors. Awesome !

I'm new to the RV life, Tiny Home World and Shipping Container wood side environment...i have a question in the Momentum RV do you have to move the L shape sofa, kitchen table set and love set to bring in the bump out...or could you leave the furniture and still pull in the bump out...or is the bump out on the Momentum RV permanent...just curious...the Momentum the best RV i've seen yet...what vehicle could you pull the RV with.

I'm not big on the whole garage feature, especially a garage that big. I rather have another legit room, possibly two rooms. I'd prefer two full bathrooms, this way everyone has their own space instead of relying on the master bathroom. So far out of all the Toy Hauler videos I've seen you make and I still have more to watch, I actually like the separation of the kitchen and living room. I like how you can be busy in the kitchen and still have the great center view of the TV. I still prefer a couch that turns into a bed. I love the residential stove with 4 burners. The lighting is awesome as well.

They need to turn the bed and put it in a slide so it goes out the side. I would probably buy one if they would do that. The bathroom and bedroom in the Voltage is by far the better floorpan. They nailed the rest of it. See the Dutchmen Voltage 4225
The Momentum has my full attention...i watch it 10 times in a row back to back from beginning to the very end...the garage will be my mini man cave...lol...just joking a hang out spot for family and friends plus laundry room.

Like that livingroom set up feels and looks more Like a residential space and that compact but very well designed kitchen is fantastic. Wish my kitchen in my 16x80 mobile had that disgn asmine is exceptionally poor.

I agree! The Fuzion 430 gives you a full 2nd bath that this doesn’t have, and this gives you a dinette table that the Fuzion 430 doesn’t have. Take your pick haha
My favorite of all so far full. Of surprises love the bed side table the tolit and bath set up keeps people out of bedroom love the large garage kitchen and liveiñroom

Thanks for the tour Myles. There is one major flaw to that living room design and that is, you have to take out the middle section of the couch in order to get the slide all the way in. You'd have to store that section someplace else. Not a great idea IMO.

True but all you have to do is move it into the middle or tip it onto the couch. One more step yes but worth it for the extra seating.

We looked at about every toy hauler that was out there before we bought the momentum 395m absolutely love it they are so well-built overall the others and the design inside is awesome Grand designs did a fantastic job I would think twice before you buy. Momentum toy hauler#1💯

Myles , The kitchen and the living room. the floor plan was pretty good. I didn't think the kitchen had enough storage cabinets and no dishwasher. and I personally would like a bigger bathroom. and I didn't care for the bedroom. I thought it was too small. and the garage, I would like it just to be big enough for 2 motorcycles or an RV , and make the rest of the garage area an extra bedroom. I don't remember what the length that RV trailer was, but I'd make it a little bit bigger if you could...😎

An this part is kinda funny l told my kids that in the 80's the value store ( it was a dirt cheap store that sold clothes, shoes real cheap l hated when my mom would shop for me out there. ) well anyway they had those shirts in there that the 2 stars wore an they put 2 mice on the shirts an called them MIAMI MICE IT WAS SO FUNNY I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT! nice talking to you. Couldn’t finish the video cuz it was too much filler info. Appreciate that you want to be thorough, but even with me fast forwarding, it was too much. I do super appreciate the quick interior overview & love the fact that you have the floor plan up on the screen with specs. Keep that but get to then interior quicker & then go over all the sales pitch additions. If I don’t like the interior layout, I don’t care about the rest of it, lol. Hope you understand😁
If you guys like this one check out Cyclone 4005. You can take out the small sofa and put in a table and chairs in its place.
We have a 2021 Grand Design Momentum 397th and absolutely love it. The only thing we would change is to get this much living space in an RV half this size. 😂

1 i don't need the garage space ( only living room is enough ) I would delete it so I can have a less living space so I can drive it easily.
2 add washer/dryer compo on the main toilet somewhere there ( even if it's small )
3 I might change the cabinets' colors
4 add batteries and solar system for off grid
Anyways I loved the design so much even without the things I ve mentioned it's still craaazy
Compared to my 14-ft that I Live 365 days a year in this thing is like a mini condo on Wheels love it good content keep up the good work
We just bought a 311bhs, what a amazing 5th wheel. I highly recommend grand design.
We are planning this next show to pull the trigger. I'm sure I saw you there last year but we were novices and enthralled at everything >< This time we'll be more focused as we are looking for a full time living 5th wheel and are leaning more toward a tow hauler as we could convert some space for a office and the patio can be used for our plethora of plants. Anyways, if you are there in 23, we'll see you. Tall ass white guy with a shorter red head....we are hard to miss ;)

Very nice toy hauler, looks like the master bed/bath is very accessible even with slide in. Only lose access to shower! Great use of space and floor plan. Pretty pricey though. Love that you speak to your preferences and expectations compared to lower priced units! Thanks.

I've had a few 5th wheel toy haulers over the years and they all had tire and axle issues...never again.
Well great RV to a point, I would move the living room to the garage area make the kitchen bigger, also make the master bath bigger with a much bigger shower and turn the bed around and put the closet in front to have more room and another long dresser at the window or take the window out. The architect that designed this was thinking but forgot to step outside the box.
Is it wrong to be in LOVE with a toy hauler when I have no toys?
@4:00... GD has said, they fit a very basic pin box for delivery because most people upgrade immediately to whatever pin box they prefer. No sense in installing a more expensive pin box just to have it removed by the customer.
Theme of this video: I'm surprised by how much they dont offer with this RV compared to lesser priced models. Pretty much talked me out of ever thinking about this one.

I love it. I wish manufacturers would lock up the outside compartment where the tanks are stored and have a security inside lock to lock at night while I’m sleeping. It’s great though and I love it. I want a four season so I can work from Florida to Indiana year around for full time work and play.
Against Federal law to lock the gas compartments. You need to be able to turn the gas off in the event of a fire.
I can see someone inadvertently bashing their head on that countertop when they try to recline that seat back.

Absolutely our favorite kitchen/living layout in the momentum toy haulers but the shower is a no go for tall people. I’m 6’5” and I could barely fit
Really? I thought they have one of the best showers with the drop down floor allowing for an extra foot of height vs most other options out there
@@mylesrv it wasn’t the height, it was the width, very little elbow room. All the other momentum showers are pretty much full size and this one is the “stall” size. Pretty much the only thing we couldn’t get past on trailer. We’re in the process of looking at the 397THS-R though, and that hits most of the points. Do a tour of that one on your channel and you’ll get a ton of views.
This is just a Luxe turned the opposite way but it is still beautiful.

Love this floor plan if it stopped at the livingroom. Don't need a toy hauler
so, since there's hardly any outside storage I guess you'll just have to pull a separate trailer behind you for things like camping chairs, outdoor grill, outdoor picnic table etc. wish it had more storage or at least a pass thru storage area.
Most just use the garage space I guess for extra storage.
We are actually looking for a toy hauler to be a toy hauler lol this is so nice! We have 2 quads that would fit perfectly in the garage!
If this had a bunkhouse instead of the toy hauler portion it would be the perfect Floorplan. I love that they finally fixed the seating issue. I am not a fan of the bedroom and bathroom. I see what they were thinking but I hate the second door to the bathroom.
I think it's good bc if you have guests, they don't automatically have to see your whole master.
Nice over all plan. But I wouldn't need the toy hauler plan. Instead if they could do this with an enlarged central living space. Move the half bath onto the wall with the TV and the W/D into the bath space. Then that could open open the back for a pair of bunks on the one side. The hall along the wall and a small kitchen nette by the back slider for the fold down patio.
Nice RV That looks like a full size bed I'm laying on a king and it don't look like three - four people can sleep on that bed
I think the Lippert antenna on the roof is the signal booster for tpms

Nice thorough tour and detail. Of course the kitchen/lvgrm design is the feature of this hauler... they have got to get the bathroom/ master primo for that price... my hubby likes actual Bathtubs so this master bath is just not worth that. We sleep in the bedroom so no TV just isn't worth mentioning. It's overall a great hauler but that price is kind of insulting compared to others in this price point.
I don't understand how you can say it's a great design. The livingroom set up blocks two people from viewing the TV. If you fill.ed riding your toys and want to view it that night...two people won't be able to see the video. I'm not trying to pick on you....it's a common set up in many trailers.
I really like how the vents are NOT on the floor and are under the cabinets
It offers more seating than any other toy hauler design I’ve ever seen. That’s why it’s a great design.
@@mylesrv its not functional then. You have two seats that are blocked from viewing the TV and if you want to use one of the recliners, you lose another seat because it opens up on the legs of the person seat on the couch.

I read through a couple scrolls of comments. So if I missed something, my apologies. But where is the external storage?? No pass through? Inside is beautiful. And love the layout. But there is no way we could full time in that rig without any external storage.
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL WITH THE BEST FLOOR PLAN I'VE SEEN BUT YOU POINTED OUT SOME THINGS THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO SAY Hmmmmm! The tie downs should be 5,000.lbs and YES WELDED TO THE FRAME UNLESS THEY ARE THINKING OFFICE SPACE? NO TV IN BEDROOM? WHAT KIND OF 5th WHEEL HOOKUP WAS THAT UNLESS THEY ARE ASSUMING THE BUYER WILL PUT ON SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT WAS PUT ON BUT STILL AT THAT PRICE POINT SOME ARE KINDA WEAK!
