U analyse many topper Swathi sree genuinely said within 1 yr, she cleared prelims without knowing anything of upsc before, in 2nd yr she scored 123 rank something, She told genuinely, in her college days, She finished her optional. Imean she is agri background. Most of the North Indians also stated that 3 yrs is necessary one. She is not a graduate in Tamil language. She must decide her optional in college days and finished it. U analyze and know the truth.
