The home is so beautiful, but definitely needs the Sierra touches on them! I think that nook space in the upstairs entertainment/pool room can be used either as a wet bar or even like a snack & drink bar for movies if you put a nice tv or projector and some comfy couches.

Beautiful house!! Getting furniture in (especially if it's warmer neutral colors like at your current house) will definitely make the floors look less gray.
Also a random idea for the removed-closet-space in your bonus room... what about a dry bar where you can keep drinks and snacks? Maybe a mini fridge? :D

You can make am upstairs guest room into a kick ass laundry room with a sink, drying racks, folding are and then a bunch of storage for things like brooms, vacuums, household stuff, back up pantry etc! I’m currently building a house right now and I’m excited for my laundry room 😂
