Absolutely gorgeous and the lasagne doesnt look bad either 😂. Its made with béchamel sauce over here, but I think your extra cheese recipe would be better. Will be trying it for sure

hi Brenda M depending on whether your lasagne sheets are freshly made or not .if you made them yourself (,freshly made )you do not have to pre boil them but if store bought 5 mins in boiling water but also check the instructions that are written on the box.

This is quite an easy process compared to the longer traditional process... Will definitely try this out. I use Italian seasoning, paprika, basil, mixed herbs and black pepper. For cheese... Ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella cheese and sometimes just bechamel sauce with parmesan cheese or mozzarella, and turkey sausage rather than pork with the minced beef. It will be interesting to try this different flavor. Spraying the foil with oil helps for the cheese not to stick to it while it's cooking and melting. Are the lasagna sheets you used the no boil ones or you preboiled them?
Yes i preboiled them. Forgot to mention this here but i have mentioned it in the blog post. I will def spray my foil next time. Thanks for the tip ❤❤
You could try the lasagna sheets by Barilla. They don't need preboiling at all. You just place them

Hi Kaluhi. Did you boil the lasagna sheets first or? I've seen where people boiled and wasn't really sure.
Everyone does it differently but i prefer to always precook mine. Forgot to mention this here but i specified this on the blog

also, layering should be pasta, meat and cheese; pasta, meat then cheese...ending with cheese. So the bottom layer is pasta to give it a base/ support and the cheese layer is always on top of a meat layer (even the top cheesy layer) so that you have the interplay between those two like in a cheeseburger :)
I always start with meat. And obviously from the video you can see mine turned out well. For me when the base is pasta, it has a tendancy to stick to the dish. All in all, everyone does it their way. You stick to what works for you and let me stick to what works for me 😊
@@Kaluhiskitchen yeah, pasta sticking to the bottom of the pan is common when the pan isn't buttered or greased for example with olive oil. I do olive oil, and also parboil the noodles, depending on the brand, with a little olive oil in the water
I remember my first fime tasting Lasagna two months ago at an Italian restaurant,I enjoyed it but not as much as I expected it 😭😭😭The amount of oil was a no-no 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I left a couple of forks on the plate.
