What you see is fragments of Lucy at 10y old on the beach from her video called something like "RUN Snow Patrol ,10" in a new video where she is a few days before her 18th birthday singing and finally writing 18 in the sand. Some amateur added crappy noise and his holiday on the beach to it. @laurebceb5236 tells where the official version is.
The RUN... 10 video is also a 'must see'🥰
