Losing Sleep over Sleep

  • Approximately one-third of the general population struggles to sleep at night. If we have a chronic sleeping problem, we should see a doctor. We do not need to lose sleep over sleep. Periodically, most of us may experience trouble sleeping. What can we do to sleep better? In the video, I suggest three exercises for consideration.
