95 Volvo 850 T5 manual swapped with 16t on 17psi *Turns out that I have a boost leak and the car was only holding around 14psi* I have now fixed the issue and the car holds 17psi solid.

What headlight bulbs are you running? Same question on the fog bulbs. Also, are your gauge backlights changed?
I have HID's for the headlight and fog lights and yes I have LED backlights for my cluster and switches
Which HIDs did you go with? Also do you have an instagram that has pics of the gauges at night?

Why does your speedometer only go to 140 mph? The top speed is nearly 160 right?
US models are limited/governed to around 140 only
owen75 oh that sucks, maybe you can disable the limiter with a tune or something.
