Thank you for making this video. I've been logged out of my discord account for over 4 years because my old phone broke with google's authenticator in it. Today, I thought I'll just use my 2nd discord account as my main so i logged into it and I saw I'm friends with my main account and steam is linked to it. So I tried to find ways to delete it because I had already lost hope that I cant recover it anymore. Spent like an hour reading how I can import various accounts from google's authenticator if u have lost ur phone. Finally, I searched it on yt only to see ur video above everybody else's, at first I was skeptical but 3 mins into the video and what do u know I was able to login into my discord after 4 years. Im using is remove to the previous account. Now im trying to access my forst discord account is the no still link to the previous disc account if i deactivate the new one?.

I created my Discord account 2 years ago, everything was fine. But then in the same year, my google account got deleted. I couldn't get it back. Now even I'm loging in in the same location, same device or the same account on the same browser, it says "New login location detected, please verify its you" and sends a verification button to my old email address that got deleted so I can't verify or change my email address. I asked for help they responded but they thought I wanna change my password or email.

My dad took my phone with my authenticator for charging it on the bed for 5 minutes!
This isn't the first time it happened though because like 3 weeks ago he took it from me in for charging it on my bed while eating breakfast, and he went on a trip for eye surgery for a week.
Now he did the same thing but I was in the Bathroom and I he didn't go away, and now I had to clear my cache, and cookies because of my buggy ass computer.

you need to install chrome browser and request the desktop version of the website on discord.com and in there follow the steps shown in the video

yeah.. it's easy for them to do that so they don't have to deal with all the people trying to recover their accounts
bruh, my phone only shows 1234567890 basically just a keypad. so i cant put in my back up codes that contain letters

if you are still signed in, you should be able to download the backup codes

hello, i follow the steps and when I select view backup codes it ask me for an additional code to my email after filling the password which I don’t have access to my email and the 2fa or backup code. I just still have the access on my account on my pc app

I was able to recovered mine successfully and completed with the assistant of (Loyd Ethics)
not sure.. that looks like a new thing. can you add a phone number for SMS authentication? if you can do that, they might send you 2FA codes in there as well

Im not getting the "receive auth code by SMS" at 2:22... how do I get that option

Issue I am having is I forgot my password and when i try to reset my password I have to use the auth code, which i can't access because I don't have my password.
They have my number and my email but there doesnt seem to be a way for them to just bloody send me the auth code

bro actually id ont use phone as a backup device . my laptop drive had an issue whn go to repair it the fully changed it and when i tried login to discord i dont have authentycator i used authy they stoped it for pc / laptop . i lost my backup file too . discord support doesnt work too they only rep[ly and say delete ur acc.
Bro there is a space or (-) between 4 digits of backup code........do I need to put that in too or straight out just type the whole thing?

it's asking me for a key after putting on the password, to see the backup codes what do I do?
I lost my account on my phone, the SMS option did not show up, I still don't have my account back there and I don't want to lose contact for 3/4 of my day because of that

Accutally I m login in and forgot my password so to reset my password it needs 2fa code how will I give cause I m not still logged in
