I don't understand why it hasn't reached millions of views so far. 1h of masterclass, with the artist sharing genuinely his creative process and making the magic happens live !❤
It's their loss. Next thing you know they will wondering why your music sounds professional.
It was thanks to Kygo that I started producing back in 2018, his music is very different now but I really appreciate when I can see him breaking down a song :)
It was thanks to Calvin Harris that I started producing back in 2012.
same but 2021 lol
Absolutely amazing! Kygo's style of production is literally what I go for for my own music if I'm not producing for others! Excellent and open session right there
please do more kygo stuff
side-chaining part for the melody was very cool
Been using Logic since I started producing 7 years ago and Kygo is one of my biggest inspirations, so this is awesome to see his process.
Thanks for sharing!
Great to hear! Thank you!
I love Tropical House and Kygo is my biggest inspiration in this genre. It was really nice to see you explain your process. Wish I'll be able to make music as chill and dreamy as you one day !
Please keep uploading stuff like this it's really helpful. ❤
More to come!
Something you can do in Logic is create a track stack with the instruments and use the "Transposer" midi effect on each instrument channel to shift the octave up or down. That way you can use one just midi track to control all the instruments at once and you can try out different melodies without having to copy the midi to each instrument, every time you make a change.
Finally when you are happy, everything is already setup so you can just collapse the track stack and not have 5 or six instrument tracks taking up screen space.
And put sidechain and other effects on the stack too. It's faster and more straightforward.
It just like a dream to seeing kygo making music
For real!
part 2 plss
more kygo videos pls!
Super!!! More of this
Appreciated ❤️🌴
I love that it still shows him messing up. He’s been doing this for however long, and he still messes up. Forgets to quantize something, for example. There’s so much fake perfection shown in music.
He's phenomenal, also his english is top drawer
Top drawer 😂 I’ve never heard that in English 😂
Grest video! He talks about so many fundamentals that many overlook but can make or break a song
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks kygo
Love it ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
sending love I'm from South Africa we enjoy your music one love ❤️✊🏽 wish to work with you you are the best teacher 👊🏽
Kygo must do an Amapiano track.
Unreal
Thanks thank thanks
You’re welcome!!
OMG Is this real??? ThHanks so much for this masterclass!!!
you're welcome!
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hello 2015 👋
I miss this era😢
I luh dis era too
That era was my favourite tbh 👑
🔥🔥
Thank u so much for Vietnamese sub
Wow I am very glad I purchaced this, since u are uploading it here for free and all lol............................
Love knowing that I produce on the same cheap midi keyboard as Kygo ahaha
Nice ... It's counterintuitive to throw all that stuff into mix, but if it works it works. That's why your songs you can call art many times not just industry "product" for 14 days use. :))
Can you please upload these long form videos once a week at least?
Any chances of Max Martin or Benny Blanco masterclass?
Just like Mike Williams, a collab would be crazy. He really works the same. Tropical house X future bass
future bass? has Mike changed his genre now? I actually don't know because I haven't heard his latest stuff.
@@timferret7102 he’s kinda going to a more club/ future bass style right now
@@noahmaghrani8456 I took a listen to his latest stuff, he has not released a single Future Bass song.
@@noahmaghrani8456 i listened to his latest stuff now, and there's no Future Bass.
@@noahmaghrani8456 ok my comments keep getting deleted here for some dumb reason I'm guessing.
14:00 Avicii Lead Moment
🤗🤩
Isn't this the most avicii thing avicii also used to produce his track backwards😅❤
Is this from the actual class ?
Yes it is!
why Kygo don't use summing(group folder)?
Because he doesn't have to and it worked out for him pretty well so far
If you're talking about grouping/busses, he does. It's just a little different in logic
The way Kygo is using buses is the same function as summing! The only difference is that you dont "physically" Get a folder in your project! That way you can have all your tracks loose in the project! I always use summing myself tho…. But this is probably the way he likes to work! I think he started to use Logic before summing stacks was a thing actually🤷🏼♂️
@@CloudMindChannel I agree~ :)
Numer tragedia, ale tutorial świetny
"Producing massive drops with kygo" there is nothing massive about a kygo drop though. Don't get me wrong I think his music is great but his drops are not massive in any way whatsoever
A drop don't have to be massive to be massive. It's the way the audience reacts when it hits that make it massive
Kygo and avicii drops are not massive but memorable
That makes them unique in most senses!
@@channelname6876 Exactly
And yet no one in this freaking world can make music like him. Shut up and enjoy this guy's talented
His drops are never massive. They are nice and beautiful, but massive is a whole other thing.
Bro. You posting these leaks. It's like why buy from your website when we can just view these videos. 😒
He’s so generic. Zzz
Ikson is better
