- This rocky ride really puts me in my place as the 250 XC-W hands me a beating!
I met up with Jay and Johan who I met at There Will Be Dust VII. We ride through the canyon and lots of hill climbs. A fun day with some great people!

That looked like a lot of tough terrain but incredible area! Spending time on the fundamentals is never wasted time. I try and do some every time I ride.
There weren't too many sections for me to relax on that ride. Certainly the toughest obstacles I have tried to date. It was worth it for the views and camaraderie. I'll be taking a page out of your book and work some drills into all my outings.
I'm really looking forward to getting back to the practice area for some drills after this. I really highlighted the importance of quality seat time on this one!
