It's the opposite case for the engineer
Just imagine this game with those graphics. How much my frames would tank by stage 12 with my thousands of procs

One glowing meteorite and you have a nuke in your house
Primordial Cube plus a Will-o-the-wisp and you've got a crater the size of New Hampshire from your PC combusting
many frames would be gone
I'd love to see the option to have those kinda graphics though. The game looks phenomenal in this video. Would attract players who value graphics quality and those who's PCs can handle it.

Teddy is one of the most useful items in the game giving you a percentage chance to block ANY damage. Stack 10 of them and you become almost invulnerable. You don’t lose it when it triggers either. Chances are that teddy saved the commando from lethal laser

I think that the last 2 sec of the video is a reference of the last stage in risk of rain (1), where you can find three golem dancing with a speaker

@@harveee2829 In RoR 1 even with glass the HP gain from infusion was 1hp per kill, which sadly is fixed now.

It's interesting because not everything shown in the trailer is consistent with the game BUT every item, enemy, character, and environment shown _does_ exist in the game, which I can definitely appreciate

It's rare that a cinematic trailer actually shows you what the game play is like without game play.
yeah, the trailer tones down the craziness and the thing with the huntress arrow rain ive never been able to recreate, but it still accurately reflects the game play
What's rare is that the cinematic trailer is calmer and has less enemies on screen than the actual game

It's a wonderful game, I have it on PC. You don't need to have played RoR 1 to enjoy this game. It's fun solo, but a blast with friends/co-op. I had my fair share of fun, now waiting for more content to drop (Official launch is slated for Spring of 2020) over every other month or so.
So cool, I have to commend Chris Christodoulou for incorporating the Boss Music from Risk Of Rain 1 into this Trailer Soundtrack. Also the little Ukulele at the end was just a touch of brilliance.
I played 1.0 before I even knew this trailer existed.
And now I appreciate this masterpiece even more for it.

This is random but one of my favorite things about risk of rain 2 is the fact that your items appear on your character and by the end of a run you are absolutely covered in just random stuff.
I agree! It's those unnecessary but cool details in Risk of Rain 2 that makes me love this game so much.
Whilst these graphics are absolutely beautiful, and would be amazing ingame, those graphics combined with the amount of craziness late game would make the gamerun at 2 fps or crash 😂 it's either or really. Fun to dream though :)

@@RedPlaystationController I doubt that, the characters have looked like that since RoR1. Sure Spiderman has been around much longer, but the current Spiderman movie is fairly recent.

I'm interested in how well this game will run on current consoles because when you have a really long game that lasts 2 plus hours...it can get pretty crazy and even my pc will experience huge drops in frames in the later stages

Well as is the game is still rather buggy,my companions frequently get stuck on walls or the shrines which is incredibly frustrating since I actually like having lots of them around
