In insanity its the only human that show mercy against sans to make it in order we are in a genocide timeline and we have hitted sans so he is suppose to be ded but he find a way to survive he was the only one left, the following event are sans hidding from us player and at the same surviving the other fallen human that try to kill him for EXP bc of that he develop a paranoïa against human he always feel observe like someone looking at him at everytime ready to kill him, if i remember his paranoïa make him feel the human search him but he left the underground, he could harvest a lot of EXP with killing the fallen human without even AU traveling before he meet Rose he was lv 82 technically he drink dustdust like a redbull, and now there is Rose who weirdly do not seems to be like the other humans she doesnt want to kill sans but to help him as his soul trait is kindness his original personnality has been suppressed(she was more unstable mentally than Sans) and Sans finally can do something he couldnt do anymore rest and feel in security she was Sans mental support the only thing that make him not completely loose his mind and we just kill him in front of his eyes(fr its not us but avenge Sans, too much lore in insanitytale, searching revenge he accidently kill her guess what Avenge got one shotted without the time to think despite his rank of chosen one) so its normal if he get that enraged (btw in the fight in the boss(normal) we didnt actually kill him bc Rose can always heal him even to 1hp, oddly the devs make insanity dying when its not a canon event) just a last thing to the moment we kill Rose Insanity is LV 250 creep he stomps hyperdust and dd reunited+ he was a big deal for Error so respect in the case we are the monster he is a victim.
