My wife and I went here in 2019 for ten days. Loved it!!! We’re going again this June. Everyone we spoke to said it was either their second, third, fourth, or 15th year coming here. Loved that you don’t have to make any dinner reservations, just go where you want to. It was also our first time at an adults only resort. If you haven’t done that yet, DO IT!!!! It’s amazing! Everyone was super happy and we didn’t have to battle families with five children that take a bunch of pool chairs AND HARDLY USE THEM!!! But keep them the whole day, you know who you are. Also, every day at lunch time, they had awesome food at the main pool. Staff was awesome too! Well worth it!
Oh wow we will be there the first week of June! We loved it and it was very peaceful! We are interested to see how different it will be this year compared to last year!

Hi, I really enjoyed watching each of your videos. We are still mulling over a trip to the Valentin this year. We really need a break as our planned trip in May to Jamaica had to be cancelled. We've been to the Valentin in the past and I wondered whether you could confirm if there was any evening entertainment offered. In the past the amazing Valentin Band played in the square outside most nights followed by an outdoor disco. I don't think the Valentin Band are currently performing but are they offering a disco at night? My husband and I like to embrace our inner teenager and dance into the small hours on vacation (both actually approaching 60... LOL). My other question involves the restaurants. Are all of the restaurants open every night or are they only offering a few open each night. Also are they now enforcing any kind of reservation system for the restaurants. I know previously you didn't have to make a reservation there at all. How are they handling the buffet areas? Are they offering small plates or are they serving you? How often did you wear your mask when there? Did you feel it was necessary? Sorry for so many questions.
They had people sing each night in the plaza from like 6-10 (not sure on correct hours) but after that there wasn’t a DJ or anything for dancing. They set out tables and chairs in the plaza for you to sit and listen to the live singers/band. For the restaurants, 3 of them were open at a time and they would rotate every day. So for instance, the same three restaurants would be open every other day. No reservations were needed unless you wanted the hibachi grill. For masks, we did not ever feel like we needed to wear them while at the resort because we were never that close to anyone considering that the resort was so big compared to the amount of people there. Of course we wore them in airports and transportation ect. The buffet restaurants were serving a la cart so instead of the normal buffet, you ordered from a menu and they brought you your food!

Yes! They have a cigar lounge at the resort!
This place is solid. Got married there, 5 year anniversary trip also (last Sept.). Both times we've gone it's been pretty busy - how busy was the resort when ya'll were there?
I have heard that it can get busy! The resort was only at 30% capacity so it was not busy at all! Very relaxing! I am interested in going back at full capacity after covid to see how different it is! I am sure it is still awesome!
Hello? What was the drink recommended that started with Rancho? What is in it? We are going there for our honey moon and always down to try a new cocktail at Valentin
It is called a rancho viejo. Its rum, tequilia, burbon, and kalua

Me and my fiancé are going there on our honeymoon in March. Any tips on where to go what to do?
We didn’t venture out of the resort much. We did the snorkeling and cenote excursions which we made a video about! And you can fill your days with beach/pools and other activities that they have planned near the pool. We chose to relax by the beach and pool while we were at the resort and were entertained! You can’t go wrong and usually you can always ask the concierge when you check in for anymore info related to on/off resort activities that we may not have covered! Thanks for watching!
May I asked whom did you guys book through for your vacation? I called the facility and was told they don’t have all inclusive. So just looking to see who did you guys book with.
We booked through the resort. The Valentin Imperial is always all inclusive! You must have called the wrong resort! We have the link to the resort in our description!

Not much to say but enjoy! Make use of everything that they offer! Definitely try to make a sunrise on the beach!
