I'm using Mi 11 Pro that is almost identical to the Mi 11 Ultra. It's just much cheaper. My friends were amazed at how good my photo's looked with this camera. It really looks professional.
Everyone complains about the weight, but are the FIRST person that puts it in perspective by saying that it weighs the same as the iPhone Pro Max and S21 Ultra. Thank you for that 🙏

This is the only phone that has a back that attracts my eyes more than the iPhone 12 Pro max, and even tho I am not an iSheep the iPhone 12 pro max always catches my eyes, but now the Xiaomi does it far better, i'm glad, gonna buy this soon!😊

The latest update does allow you to use the back display for selfies. I don't mind the camera bump at all. If you are into amateur photography is saves you from needing to carry a camera around when you just want to snap a few pics.

Great camera, brilliant display. I already have it rooted with Zygisk and am using Gravity Box to customize it. If you want a case recommendation I bought a Nillkin case for it that even has a cover that slides up over the camera. Was like 12 bucks on eBay.

@@Brock79 I'm in Canada. I can't confirm 5G or not since I haven't moved my new sim to the Mi 11 Ultra yet. But the network's would be Bell/Koodo/Telus/Rogers. The phone is supposed to be compatible with all of those. I know many Americans have issues with Verizon with Chinese phones. Not sure about the other networks.
@@aditya.s. The base variant of Mi 11 ultra comes with 12-256gb and 12GB variant of 9pro costs the same. And the cameras on ultra are pretty good compared to the 9 pro. It's the oneplus which is priced higher, not the Ultra.

What a nice phone. Great to see Xiaomi trying new stuff here. I think someone else has already done this before (the small display) but Xiaomi did it brilliantly here.
I've yet to see a reviewer who tests super/ultra stabilization on any smartphone right. It's not meant to stabilize walking and running footage, but on an extreme vehicle like offroad motorcycling, skateboarding, snowboarding and so on. These generate different kind of shakes than walking or running, hence stabilized differently.
I think they're limiting the video capabilities of that rear display because of how they don't want it to stay on for too long. If they're going to enable full rear display video capabilities, they might as well remove the 30 second screen time limitation of it.
Could be,if this feature enable later maybe its limit for 5 minutes only or less just likes 120fps 4k in 1+9 pro and front selfie video on Asus zenfone 7
Great review with some intro in MKBHD style. Don't get me wrong, I like it. The only thing I miss is a better audio, and especially the sould level difference between the two mikes: first one in home office environment and then when commenting some footage. The difference is significant.
Hello, I've been thinking about buying a phone for about two years, finally I bought the phone that I thought about buying two years ago because it's still good in the camera part! I didn't think I would come across such ridiculous shortcomings. 1- Why can't I switch cameras while recording? 2- Why hdr video only on main camera and 4k 30fps ? 3-Why can I get the created copy as the highest 4k 30fps when I want to cut the video I shot in 4K 60fps? 4-And why aren't they mentioned in any of the reviews? Moreover, I follow your reviews the most.

The dumbest thing about phone reviews is that the core feature that is call quality is very rarely done. I care about how good the microphones are and how does the microphone perform when speaker is on. This comment although is put against your video but applies really to most cell phone reviews. They tested the phone on old version of Miui . Even without updates this phone has the best camera in the world . So you can go cry elsewhere . IMO a flagship is a full featured phone. With no SD card slot and no headphone jack it's not full featured. Therefore not a flagship. Looks like I'll be buying a Sony real flagship.

Android really is by far better than iOS and just better than Apple. Way better. Even the 888 I prefer over the A14.
