So basically gilded means something is covered thinly with gold leaf or gold paint...and literally the collection is all about "gilt without guilt" not to mention the time period side
@@chalupavlo. i did do a research on the time period as you said the two time periods are not match one is inspired by the renaissance and the other one is inspired victorian era but my point is this collection is more like a " Hint" of what the brand can do to match up with the theme . Just like the purple dress that Anitta wore 💜

A lot of the time, it's the Stylist who don't fully do their research! They only want their clients in "Designer Du Jour" and some brands aren't good enough for them. Sad, a few of these really would have made the Gala theme!

I'm always amazed how prolofic those fashion designers are (and their teams) - But your fashion flashback fashion capsule made me realize how crazy it can really is. Great segment btw (but only if you keep the jingle as it is), helps understand some hidden aspects.
