  • Bar brothers workout requirement:
    7 muscle ups
    25 dips
    10 pullups
    25 pushups
    10 leg lifts
    7 muscle ups
    under 5:00 minutes.
    This is a great upper body endurance and cardio workout for ninja warrior training! And great to say that you can be a part of the bar brothers community!

    kipping muscle up is not a real muscle up
