Hi Anmol, Please check the REF CT wiring from Transformer Marshalling Box to Relay end. If rain start and REF operated means ..There might be some moisture issue or loose connection of CT wiring. You may take shutdown of transformer and check Turret CT secondary box of transformer from where CF wiring is taken up to marshalling box for CT ckt paralling. Note:-But before doing anything, discuss with your senior and then take any action. This is my personal opinion and suggestions based upon my experiences.
@@anmolmaharana5770 No ! If other feeder is tripping due to rain means, there might be fault due to trees, punctured insulators and transient faults. But there is no relation between feeder tripping and REF. Concept & circuit is completely different. Yeah ! REF may trip due to inrush current during charging of transformer on no load.
Nithish kumar jee you explained regarding REF protection superbly, and i hope everyone can under stood very easyly. Thank you for in-depth explanation sir jee
Nithesh sir jee mera ku to bahut acha laga apka lecture. I understood very clearly. I think this vedio can understood every technician below the engineer level also. Thank you sir jee.
Sir transformer ki differential protection scheme pura ref wesa banaye sir please. Jitna protection hai sab banaiye. Ref pura samjh gaya sir 🙏thank you
Sir, This type of practical course will help all Electrical Engineers. I am really keen to meet you personally as today your way of explanation has remembered me about my great college teacher also. Hats off to you sir.....
Thanks Gaurav !! For understanding well through my way of explanation. Mee too want to explain Practically with core theory and many electrical engineers are getting benefits. Such comments motivate me to find time out of my busy schedule to make & deliver great content to all.
sir really aap bahot achchhe se expalne karte hai chuki mai bahot logo ka video dekhta hu lekin kisi ko comment nahi karta pahli bar mai aap ko kar raha hu q ki aap bahot achchhe se samjhate hai
Thank you very much for a good lecture. Please do u have any lecture about NGR in generator? How connected with parallel generator and how does calculated resistance valu? Please give me link about its.
Thanks for your feedback ! Such comments really motivate me to make good things for all. I find very less time to make videos due to my job but even though I find time. If people's are getting benefits from my videos then I think so that my labour is successful.
You deserve it Sir. I am proud to be your youtuber student. Your video helps me to clear my concepts and to gain practical knowledge...You have a done great work for the nation and youths in improving their practical skills. You can easily achieve theoretical knowledge by books but for practical knowledge everyone needs a Tuitor like you...Jai Hind
very true and related to the real eg. nice keep it up sirji..can you have any idea of cbct protection with 3 wire inside cbct and N wire outside cbct..and another all 4 wire inside cbct..so how D2EFR1 relay will work..please share your valuable knowledge ..
Hi nithish your video is very useful, please advise me as we have stabilising resistor in series with relay and the settings we kept in very low value. When the fault happens how the resistor will allow small current to pass through to the relay. Actually the resistor would have its own resistance to restrict the current. Please advise
Nitesh sir grt video but pls try to upload 1 videos once 1 week and make a video on protection of circuit breaker and CT saturation in details and thank you very much for selecting a very useful topic
I am trying my best Aryaan. Due to busy schedule, I couldn't find time. But now I am striving hard to help more and more to young engineers. Thanks for suggestions!!
In one of our substation whenever the 66 kv voltage is on higher side may be greater than 70 kv and if power transformer after maintenance is switched On it trips with REF indication .Could you please explain the reason for same
Aapke videos bahut achhe hote hai sir ...aap har roz ek video dala kare ...aap bahut aage tak jayenge ..33 kv vcb ki wiring batye sir ...detail me Thanks in advance
Respected Sir My trasformer REF protection Neutral CT 5P15 and phase CT PS class At a time near fault REF protection is operated. Can different class CT use for fault feeding operated.
Sir, ek doubt hai. Why would I1 flow from the load to the fault? Shouldn't the current of B- phase flow directly to earth at the fault and come back through the neutral and not flow through the phase C.T at all ideally? Aur Normal condition me kya hoga? tab to B phase ka C.T full phase current sense karega aur neutral ka c.T ideally koi current sense nehi karega. Tab kyu trip nehi hoga? Please explain as early as possible. I will be grateful.
