The PZL P.11 was a Polish fighter aircraft, designed in the early 1930s by PZL in Warsaw. It was briefly considered to be the most advanced fighter aircraft design in the world. The PZL P.11 served as Poland's primary fighter defence in the Polish campaign of 1939, but by that point was outdated due to rapid advances in aircraft design in comparison to more advanced contemporary fighters, including the Hawker Hurricane and Messerschmitt Bf 109. The aircraft was conventional in layout, with high wings, all-metal, metal-covered. The cockpit was open. An internal fuel tank in a hull could be dropped in case of fire emergency. The armament was two 7.92 mm machine guns on hull sides, though a third of the P.11cs had two additional machine guns in the wings. The P.11c could carry four small 12.5 kg bombs (P.11a could not). The radial engines used were: P.11a: Bristol Mercury IV S2 (normal: 525 hp (391 kW), maximum: 575 hp); P.11b: Gnome-Rhone 9Krsd (550 hp, max: 595 hp), P.11c: Bristol Mercury V S2 (565 hp, max: 600 hp) or Mercury VI S2 (590 hp, max: 630 hp), P.11f: Gnome-Rhone 9Krse (560 hp, max: 610 hp).

What i like about your builds is that they are clean, and more realistic acording to the scale. Everybody else overdo the weathering too much to the point of looking too dirty and less realistic. Not every single panel line has to be visible. In reality at a certain distance you don't see every riveting line on a real plane. So, thank you for doing this with this attention to detail. Cheers!

@@modelfun to moje marzenie :-) póki co praca i budowa domu pochłaniają i wyczerpują za bardzo. Na sztukę nie ma narazie czasu ;-) a modele mam tyle ,że kartonowe...czekają pewnie aż dożyję emerytury. Pana filmy są niesamowite, pozdrawiam :-)
Niesamowity początek, kiedy z ciemności wyłania się model samolotu. Naprawdę montaż filmu na wysokim poziomie.
Sam model samolotu jest bardzo atrakcyjny. W tej skali naprawdę widać detale konstrukcji. Szczegółowy silnik, kokpit, panel radia, czy nawet zwężka Venturiego. Świetnie odwzorowanie poszycie kadłuba (nity), i blacha żłobkowana na skrzydłach. Wszystko robi tutaj "robotę", i efekt końcowy jest zniewalający. Widać że IBG bardzo szczegółowo odzwierciedliło model Jedenastki. Kiedyś napewno po niego sięgnę.
A odnośnie modelu. Myślę że jakaś ciekawa przedwojenna nuta, naturalne światło, plener, i mógłbyś "podrobić" prawdziwy egzemplarz.
Za ten model jest subskrypcja i łapka.

Fajny pomysł z tym plenerem, może na wiosnę coś takiego zrobię i dodam do filmu, który planuję. Bo chcę zrobić kilka zbliżeń na ten prawdziwy samolot z muzeum.
Nie każdy może tam przyjechać a sporo osób buduję P.11, więc myślę że taki filmik się przyda.
A co do modelu IBG. Za tą kasę to jest naprawdę świetny. Gdyby to była Tamiya ten model kosztowałby 500zl ;)

Taz tak myślę, te model jest w bardzo dobrej cenie. Odnośnie Tamiya, na produkty z Azji dochodzi chyba duże cło, ale marka pewnie też podbija cenę.
Cudny model. Mam nadzieję go kiedyś upolować i uzyskać tak fajne efekty :)

Witaj, buduje wlasnie ten model ale w skali 1/48. Zainspirowałem się hostorią pierwszej bitwy 1.09.39 Władysław Gnyś zestrzelił 2 bombowce niemieckie. Boczny numer samolotu 5. 121 eskadra Kraków. Gnyś później latał w eskadrze 302 w Anglii.
Twoj. Model jest piękny. Żałuję że nie kupiłem w skali 1/32.

Cześć, Dziękuję za opinię i obejrzenie filmu. Bardzo się cieszę, że model się podoba:) Nie mam porównania z 1:48 bo nie budowałem, ale widziałem zestaw Arma Hobby i wyglądał naprawdę dobrze.

@@modelfun ja mam zestaw mirage. Niezly jak na ta skale. Ale biorac pod uwage upamietnienie tego zdazenia pierwszej bitwy lotniczej to w sumie moglem juz zrobic w 1/32 diorame. 😏 Jeszcze jeden problem jest z kalkomania. W zadnym zestawie nie ma nr 5 jakim latał Gnyś. Szczesliwie trafilem model z innej firmy w cenie kalkomanii. No i pilot pollski w kombinezonie z tamtych lat. Firmy toro.
No to super że jeszcze będzie pilot i numer udało się dostać. Brzmi jak fajny projekt. Powodzenia i dobrej zabawy. A jak będzie gotowy to chętnie zobaczę zdjęcia. Może na jakieś grupie FB?

There's an old Revell 1/72 kit of the PZL P11c which is pretty crude by modern standards, but still a fun build of a great subject. I've built one, but I'd love to go back and build another adding scratch detail like cockpit and gunsights.
That is great you like this plane. ;) I've Heard about this revell p.11 but never seen one. If you want to build this aircraft, I recommend Arma hobby. They have it in 1:72 and 1:48. Great kits.

Niesamowity model, świetny rezultat. PS: do dużych modeli polecam "biały" klej Tamiyi (czyli ten "standardowy", z białą etykietą i zakrętką), może być przydatny przy dużych powierzchniach. Powodzenia dalej! ;)
Dzięki za podpowiedź co do kleju. Nie używałem go nigdy, przetestuję. Z mojej strony ostatnio kupiłem Tamiya Limonene Cement Extra Thin- taki z pomarańczową zakrętką- konsystencja i działanie takie jak "stadardowego" ale zapach o wiele lepszy :). Pozdrawiam.

The wax trick is to kepp the glue fresh. This way I can use it for one hour or longer straight from the candle, it speeds up my work. :)

Na Flohmarkt P11c byl wymieszany z zabawkani zniszczonymi . Wyciagnalem go i zapytalem sie sprzedawcy Turka ile . On z daleka krzyknął 3 euro. Szybko podszedłem i zapłaciłem. W S Bahn jak wracałem do domu trzymając P11c w ręce budziłem zainteresowanie pasażerów. Pytali co to za samolot . Z dumą mówiłem. To Polski samolot. @@modelfun
