I would agree with the one comment you made about the ticwatch. Changing the design would be cool. But the only reason why I love ticwatch is because of the duel layer display. If they ever got rid of it, I wouldn't be a customer anymore. What would be cool is if they added a rotating bezel like on the Galaxy watch 4 and added more health monitoring sensors along with a mobile modem that works with T-Mobile and AT&T. That will be the ultimate smartwatch.

I still rock my Ticwatch Pro due to its battery life. Honestly, you can't beat a smart watch that you can wear over a weekend holiday, even if you've forgotten your charger at home. I am, however, ordering my pro ultra today just for the added sensors. Thanks for your detailed reviews 👊🏽

Two weeks ago, I had a hard time when deciding between the Ticwatch 3 Ultra and Galaxy Watch 4. Given the fact that I transitioned from non-OS based smartwach, mostly I was quite concerned by the reduced battery life of the OS-based watches, so it was this advantage that led me to choose the Ticwatch. And I must say that it was a wise choice. Even the Tickwatch lasts just barely over 2 days in my use case, which is a battery life that I would call to be just about at the very edge of what can be considered as acceptable. With less, I'd be forced to sacrifice some of the functionalities like sleep monitoring to make any use of the watch at all and I am almost certain that if I had chosen the Galaxy Watch 4, I'd be returning them by now because of this. Sometimes, sleeker design is not the only aspect to consider.

So you regret buying the ticwatch? i have a galaxy watch 4 40mm i can say that after 3 months use i had to change the whole battery by guarantee , but after the change i got 24 to 32 hours battery life with everything is on(except always on) this is a 40mm! only downside maybe the galaxy watch can't track all day spo2,while the ticwatch can if i informed well. Maybe 2 downsides(Ticwatch pro3 ): The plastic material and the old wear os system which has a horrible setup when you try to use spotify and workout at the same time, but im still very curious about the ticwatch pro 3. (I had an E, and a 2018 pro)

Hi really loving the channel, I have the Samsung galaxy watch with the rotating bezel I have had it for approximately 3 years now, I also own the Huawei gt2 pro watch. I was thinking of trading them in and maybe looking at the Tag hauer connected but what worry's me is the battery life, what is your opinion on tag hauer connected, and do you think it will be receiving the new snapdragon 4100. Have you ever done a review on the connected. Thanks.

I would say that this is a remarkable job you always do an incredible high-quality production video with great insight and great quality products thank you so much for that I would personally say I would include the classic just because it's more premium but besides that I would say that just because someone does something great doesn't mean it's time for a change so nobody in the industry is even attending a dual air screen so mobvoi should continue to do that but even though the colors are nice the quality and boldness of the screen on the ticwatch pro 2020 was Superior in my opinion I own it I tried to own this watch and the one previous and it's just a dollar screams with relies on the lights so they added color is great but with or without the color if it had that original ticwatch Pro 2020 screen LCD was just awesome now having the bands regular size is way better than Samsung and the battery not just a dual screen is better than Samsung Samsung does have an amazing screen and does have an amazing charging system and emergency Google it's like no other I think for Value it would be ticwatch ultra but if you have the money and you don't care too much about the battery then you go with the Galaxy the one thing I do hate on the ticwatch is that unlike the pro 2020 they took away the magnetic charge plate having that tiny wire it's uneven and it can easily come off so they should change that thanks again

thank you for your review. I was debating on upgrading from my TicWatch Pro 3. Seeing everything and the fact that the additional sensors on the Galaxy 4 won't work with my Pixel, I probably just wait for a Pixel Watch or the next Gen Samsung watch. I am curious which watch face you are using on the TicWatch (the best smartwatch section). I don't see it on my Mobvoi app. Maybe it's an Ultra special?
edit: It is. But luckily the "Track" watch face is available in the google play store on the watch and I was able to download it. Cheers

The thing I can say.....the ticwatch battery is what really makes the difference for me compared to the galaxy watch 4. Also the flat buttons work better as the round ones snags for me. I got the galaxy watch 46mm instead of 44mm. I do also have to say the 24hr sensor for AFIB if that's correct...this is cause I have heart issues and that would be ideal for me but I can do manually but might miss when there is an issue.

Never rely on a watch mate ,watches are not professional health secure plus the EMF makes heart issues even worse or this can cause health problems ,when you sleep don't let close any phone ,watch,or wifi ,or 4g,5g towers to youre home or where u asleep. These things can shorten ure life ,kills u slow. My brother live close 4g towers ,he got heart problems etc,he changed the place ,all problems are gone. Just a friendly advice. Dont wear these things when u asleep(at least put these on airplane mode).

Features for the TicWatch GPS Ultra are as described. I wore this every day for 7 months and really liked it. I used it to track my pool swims about 4 times a week. Unfortunately, it started to shut down and/or go into vibration mode and has now gone unresponsive and no longer works. The support team in China will not repair or refund. They say it is out of warranty because I 'wore it in the shower'. Of course we need a rinse before and after a pool swim! What kind of 'swim' watch can't handle that? The warranty they quoted me in their response actually says "Contact with soap or soapy water when washing hands, washing dishes, doing hand laundry, showering or bathing." They circled the word "showering" and claimed that is the reason for the lack of refund. That is NOT what it says in the warranty. I did NOT expose it to soap or soapy water but I did rinse in and out of the local pool. Not a good purchase. Stay away from this watch and company.

I'm in the market for my first smart watch and from what I gathered the TicWatch seems to be the most bang for your buck. My only worry is there are too many stories like yours online about them not honoring their warranty and the watch not being water resistant even in situations as simple as hand washing.
Would you still recommend it despite the bad customer experience and the possibility of no warranty?

It's all about what you want from your watch. The feel of the galaxy watch is to me the most polished (UI wise) the ticwatch has the battery life and the fossil.. well it's made by a watch maker. I have a 46mm classic and think it's great but I do miss the stock Android the ticwatch pro came with.

Great review, however, you missed that half the sensors on the GW4 aren't accessible with non Samsung phones, as well as the GW4 isn't a stock WearOS/Android smartwatch. Sadly, this is vital to ones decision if needing to use Google assistant to power on smart devices around their home (lights, plugs, garage doors) etc....
Otherwise great review, but important to note!

Agreed. Also missed some of the sensor upgrades on the new TW3 Pro Ultra. It now has more advanced cardiac monitoring similar to the GW4 so you get similar monitoring if you use a Galaxy Phone but far superior capability on the Ultra if using a non Samsung Phone. I like the pure Android experience on my phone and watch.

Great video. An obvious winner is Samsung Galaxy watch. It is not just because of a better look, affordable price and more features but the fact that the watch is made in South Korea vs the Chinese sensors on the other two watches.

The GW4 has an aluminum case that is subject to scratches and dents. Many Redditors recommend buying a case, and a bezel ring for screen protection. That's sad Samsung would put out a product like that.
Anyway, the TWP3 with AOD and over 3 days battery is hard to resist. The Fossil is probably my fav. That style is hard to resist, plus it's a smaller wrist. Saw it in the store and it's a a dandy.

The ticwatch pro although have a good battery life its bulky design and screen does not impresses everyone.
