Lawrence is a very smart businessman. He got involved in AML (his baby) and AMF1 (Lance's baby).
I am not saying Lawrence does not enjoy AMF1, but he starts to realize that Lance is not under pressure to perform. Lance is a good driver, but - unlike Fernando - has a very hard time dealing with a car not well suited to his driving style. Fernando can drive any car quickly - pure talent.
Honda wants a Japanese driver for 2026 (Yuki) and Fernando likes Lance's for his technical know-how.
IF Lance stops next year, Carlos would be a great replacement in my opinion!!

Stroll is certainly not stupid when it comes to making money but you feel he loves the team and the selling of parts is a way of spreading risks, don't think he'll be too emotional to let Lance go
