I did a big chop! It’s so worth It. Been 2 years now. Hair is healthier and longer, curl pattern is SO much nicer than before. I would complain and cry after the chop but now I’m glad I did It. It’s hard in the beginning only because we can’t see the future but once you look back you realize it’s so much better.

Luckily your hair didn’t break but you never want to braid it. The directions state to leave it loose as braiding it causes the hair shaft to bend unnaturally and causes weak spots to harden and break even more...again, your hair did great but best practice is to let it harden dry while it’s loose without any head gear or braiding or ponytails...much love!💜

ame lia I’m talking about with the protein treatment in it...I know my hair turns hard as a helmet when I use aphogee and it states to not twist or bunch the hair together as it causes breakage when drying...

Ooh, no, don't put it in a spray bottle. I made that mistake. Then there was little dried Aphogee droplets everywhere😂 I suggest a dye bottle. And disposable gloves. Also a hair dryer on low setting to dry the Aphogee but don't twist or manipulate your hair in any way(just leave it loose). Definitely do over a towel because that shit is STICKY!!
