For those who are saying this is not an authentic recepie.. grow up yrr.. There are alot of cooks in the world and everyone has its own style and taste. Karachi ki biryani.yewali biryani wo wali biryani.. Make your life easier by making simple and delicious dishes in shortest time ,, actual task is to Make delicious food with available ingredients at that time , kia ab Karachi ki bryani ya koi or recipe agr banana ni ati apko Jo k mushkil b hain or time consuming b hain or ap ni banana chahty to kia ghr py us dish ka alternate banana chor den.. simple is, Make that food which is easy for u and u like it for ur own. Maryam u r doing very well and u make food according to your ease and this is the best thing..

I tried many recipes over the years, but your recipe was amazing. Blessings! :)
I first marinate chicken with yogurt , garlic ginger paste , biryani masala , imli or lemon and then keep it for 15 mins meanwhile I stir fry the pyaaz then add gg paste again and then tamato paste after the masala is ready I add the marinade and then sauté is for good 30 mins and when your oil is on the surface you know it’s done and in the masala I like to add salt red chili powder some whole garam masala and some pissa masala and podina imli or lemon some curry leaves and dhania powder it gives amazing taste lekin sab balance kerna perhta hai and then masala is ready phir rice rekhe saath hi to boil usme zeera aur thoray se whole garam masala daal ker 80% boli kia and then first oil then masala layer then rice layer repeat and end me khewra water ke saath rung mix kerke I add on before dum and bus your biryani is ready ! Try it

Also, even though I wasn't wearing white my clothes have stained because I dropped the salan wala spoon on the floor which splashed salan on the floor and on my clothes and now my clothes are stained with haldi. Any tips for that?
Whenever have oil just put talcum powder on it, lightly rub and leave it for some hours
Powder will absorb all the oil you will not even need to wash it
Put dishwashing liquid on oil stains and wash the clothes

Was a great recipe 👌 another tip I have picked up from other recipes is that you can marinate your chicken with Shan masala half hour before..☺️☺️ gives a good taste
