    I had an issue with the Medallion app once on board the Emerald Princess last month. It kept saying I was off ship. Well, I took it to the IT gurus at the Medallion area and they poked and prodded for over 15 minutes before they finally figured out (and now I know). I had my VPN on, and the Medallion Net can't connect when that is on. So, lesson learned, and I wanted to share my experience. Thanks for sharing!

      Hi and thank you for your comment. Yes the Medallion net team is usually pretty good about getting things working.

    Love the medallion. We just got off the Sky. 4 days in, I couldn't find my medallion. After 15 stressful minutes searching our cabin I realized, oh yeah, I can use my DW's medallion to find mine. It was in the MDR on the floor where I dropped it. So easy but wish I'd saved the 15 minutes. 😁

    My wife and I loved the App but she had trouble every time she got on the elevator her phone would disconnect from the wi-fi, It happened to me a couple times but not as often as her. Other than that the Oceans now delivery was outstanding. By the way our last cruise was on the Ruby

      Hi. The photos of you should appear in your app under photos. If they are not there then someone at the photo stand onboard the ship can help you see them and download them. Thanks for watching.

    One frustrating think I found last week on the Regal Princess is that when using the chat feature, very soon after I start typing it all disappears. For fast testers this might be fine. In finally realized if I dictate it didn’t do that.

      Honestly we tend to use iMessages instead of the chat because we buy the WiFi package. The chat works well. Thank you for your comment and for watching.

    Just a quick question. When ordering food, is there a tab or drop down menu that shows that I require gluten free items or food to be prepaired gluten free?

      Hi Thanks for watching. I don’t recall a drop down menu but you can do this for the main dining room. It may have had it in the description, but I really don’t recall. Also talk to your waiter- they will take good care of you on dietary. The buffet had signs as well.
      This is a good suggestion and we will research it on our next cruise.
