a local man near me, i like him. he's got a good enthusiasm about him. i admire all round anglers more than just carp specialists. i fish the thames around kingston, teddington and hampton court also. brilliant fishing.

The biggest carp caught is 112lb?
He never seems to sing from the same hymn sheet twice. Can't work him out. Is he a great angler or another puddle chucker shooting fish in a barrel? The blokes freezer must be choc o block with the amount of different baits he reccomends. And in answer to record carp being caught in still waters the answer is a huge no. River fish should be the only fish considered for records. Or shall we all start growing our own records at home. My boss has a pond at his home with two carp in it one currently at 48 lb and the other at 54 lb. Perhaps I might be the next british carp record holder eh or a cheat.
