The 'Sadar' festival, organized annually by Telangana's Yadav committee on the second day of Diwali, is a vibrant buffalo carnival. Bulls, adorned with ornate decorations, painted horns, and vibrant garlands, take center stage as they parade through the streets. Given its surging popularity, the government officially recognized the festival in 2017, also known as Dunnapothula Panduga. This grand event attracts pedigreed bovines from all over India, showcasing some of the world's priciest buffalo breeds.
