Can your pistol trips be effective without the rollout? Im more of a pocket guy, but looking for something off meta.
Hey Jason! I think it's definitely better with the rollout, but there are plenty of times where my opponent is containing well that I end up having to stay in the pocket. In that case in becomes very similar to Gun Trips TE, although PA HB Flat is still my favorite play, even from the pocket. The biggest thing you'll have to be careful about when staying in the pocket is that against heavy blitzers you definitely need to get the ball out quick, but if you always play from the pocket then I'm sure you're already used to that!
Pistol bunch te is a good off meta offense as well

Saints Drive Out works really well with that set up, I can use it multiple times in a row and hitting different receivers to gain yards

Considering 5 offensive playbooks to learn: West Coast, 49ers, Chiefs, Rams, Chiefs. Which one do you think offers the most in terms of every coverage one play beaters, great play action, run plays, easy RPOs and quick passing? Love your videos and think it’s time I learn a playbook and I like to do it all not only run or pass. Thanks!
I'd say Chiefs, check out my video on Civil to see how he runs Gun Bunch! Also check out RPO Read Flat Wheel in Gun Deuce Close, it has a really nice quick throw to the TE wheel route

i haven't played madden in two years. Games trash BUT your content is A+. Much different from the Days of Mr. GoldenSports & Toke Nasty. This made me like the game again. Also for your history lesson most of those plays except that speed option guy, have been in the Madden Meta for years. Especially TE Angle. Great Content.

Hey Alex! You can buy it from the Auction House or do a set where you put in a bunch of gold players to get a random alternate playbook. Personally I think buying it from the Auction House is easier!

Fastbreak is all you need! That combined with an immediate jurdle on a speed option or power option

I have been trying the immediate jurdle but alot of the time it seems like my qb jurdles right into the DE
I have fast break, recuperation, and 2nd wind on my qb since it seems like he gets tired. I do like the scheme, i judt cant get the hang of jurdling to the side without running into the dline
@@jasonsimms8658 I think Ragusa runs two Fastbreak QBs since they do need a play off to rest. I'd also recommend trying to jurdle away from the Pitch Key since he will always be unblocked. And you can change the Pitch Key by just flipping the play with the right stick

Run N Gun and also Bills playbook. In Bills it's called PA X Dagger but it's the same play except the TE out route
For your play how do I shift my plunge I am on Xbox
LB to pull up o-line blocking adjustments, then right on the right stick to shift the o-line to the right

@@SpruceGooseTV it has an rpo read bubble that works very well. I'll see if I can find the play later on. I believe it's just rpo read bubble probably in the pistol playbook
It's only in the AZ playbook that's how I know lol my fav team. But that play is an easy 5+ yards and an amazing RedZone play

there’s more as well that you didn’t say which is PA shot wheel! its in trips te formation, and its a bomb on cover 0 and cover 3 and cover 4 and you can throw a huge gain of like 40 yards on cover 1 2 5 and 6.
how to run it is you streak you B or Circle receiver and you will throw it to your X or Square receiver after about 3 seconds, or if that isn’t open, you can throw your Y or Triangle receiver for that 40 yard gain
It's a great play! But this video focused on Off Meta schemes, while Gun Trips TE is an extremely popular formation

The concepts & route combos carry over, but my understanding of current gen is that man coverage is extremely overpowered, which isn't really the case on next gen where you mostly see zone coverage. So I'd say against zone coverage a lot of this should carry over to current gen, but I'm not sure how much zone you'll be facing

Bills dont have the play you run
They do. It's called PA X Dagger but it's the same play, just without the TE on the out route (which you can put him on if you want, but I always block him anyway).

It was DEFINITELY meta back in Madden 20, but it mostly disappeared in Madden 21 & 22!
