Here we have a 2007 Honda Civic. The radiator fan is not working. Knock it for a few times and it works. It is time to be replaced with a new fan. The model years for this Honda Civic is 2006-2011.
What was the issue? And what if the AC doesn't turn fans on. All relays, fuses tested and work fine and direct power to each fan turns them on. The fuse #36 under the hood is fine.

I HAVE SIMILAR PROBLEM, FAN IS NOT WORKING WITHOUT AC, AND TEMPERATURE RAISED MORE THAN HALF. BUT IF I TURN ON AC, THE FANS START WORKING AUTOMATICALLY CAN YOU PLZ GUIDE ME IN THIS
Dears , same issue in my Honda Civic. Temperatures gauge showing 75% level when run around 10 km. I checked fan , it’s working but some time on after 30 sec it off. Is it like this ? Anybody can tell what axact problem??
After 30 secs it off then does it work again? try to knock it and see if its working? Probably just like in the video. 75% is seems high, check your thermostat too.

Both of my fans won't work And then I knock them with a hammer and start working that means both need to be replaced
@@MrHector3785 The carbon inside the fan must be built up.
@@MrHector3785 Yes you are right, both of them need to be replaced.
I spent over $175 for both but yeah that was the problem ... nice video ✌✌✌
@@MrHector3785 Glad to hear that. Honda Civic is proven to be a good car. Mine has 120,000 miles and still running good.
Thank you so much for this video, the other videos talk too much, but you get straight to the point
Thanks for this. My fans don't work unless I put on the a/c
No problem 👍

Hey! What was the fix for your problem? I’m having the exact same thing
you ever figure out your issue?
Brilliant. Much easier to check your fans operation with the AC than pulling connectors, using jumper wires or voltage testers.

Hi.. Both fan on my Honda are not working even whenyou put the AC on.. any idea?
I’m having the same problem with my 07 honda civic. Anyone knows how to fix it??
Thank you this helped
You are welcome.
If I check fans and relay wich sensors are u talking about that's the only thing left to check
there is a sensor near to radiator. It turns the fan on when it is over heat.
I think that one is the a/c fan

Have you checked your relay?
Yes i have checked the relay,
Its only working with ac
Without ac, the fans are not turning on
Does it work (without ac) if you knock it? What about your temperature sensor?
