I'm a writer by trauma! I just began writing plays and look to sends my autobiography to Peter Miller for possible TV conversion.
The part on notes is incredibly helpful. And not only for writers. It makes sense for every discussion and even arguments in your life.

Not only have I been fired from every job I had, but I've been fired from "big" companies (that had nothing to do with this business) because I refused to baa with the sheep. At first it hurt. Mostly because my loved ones felt that I was wasting my life. I was. While working those jobs. Sometimes the most difficult thing to see is the obvious; that which has been laid right in front of us. My wife told me repeatedly that I was a "storyteller". Of course, she was mad at me when she said it. But the truth is that I am.
