I love how he always was a setter but now is the best and most important attacker from the dutch national team.
What an absolute Dazzling Volleybal Player, His Serving, Spiking, Blocking and Setting is outstanding, after every game you think when is his arm and shoulder showing the Sign "Out of Order" due to wear , i played volleyball from my 11th until my 33rd year , National (Holland) and International level aswell, in all these years i've never seen such an allround topplayer in all the aspects of the game...nowadays (september 2018) active in Bulgaria / Italy, for the Dutch Team for the World Championships, in the 1st stage they have Beaten Brasil !! (3-1) and in the next game France (3-2 ) from trailing with 2-0 , not exactly cupcake bakers these 2 countries , and he is inspite of this all , a really sympathic reliable TeamPlayer.....

He doesnt. His now an opposite so his teammates would cover up for him. They would play 4 man back court where they protect the go to hitter aka Nimir. So all he gotta do is attack except ofc if the serve is precisely aimed at him at the far corner which is almost impossible even with such precision
