Pelé has either scored a goal or provided an assist in nearly EVERY SINGLE WORLD CUP MATCH he played in, this includes group stages, QFs, SFs and Finals. Pelé was in the scoresheet in all World Cup games!
The only 2 games where Pelé didn’t get a goal or an assist were against Portugal in 1966 or Czechoslovakia in 1962, Pelé was playing both of these games with an injury!

For me personally, even though he was also well before my time, he is and will always be the greatest. People are always debating rather it is Messi or Cristiano, but to me, Pelé is the goat. Rest in peace legend. 👑⚽🐐

For those who say Pelé didnt win three world cups;
Ronaldo nazario didnt play a single minute at the 94 world cup, but is still credited for winning that world cup with Brazil. What about pele you might say? Well pele didnt play the majority of the 62 world cup which was the world cup brazil won, but Pelé got 2 goals involvements/ g/a in his first game in that wc and got injured in the second match.
Also in peles club career, all the brazilian players who played at the world cups from 58' to 1970 played in the brazilian league. And in general south american club and international football was equal or better than european football at that time, in the 50, 60s and Even some time in the 70s. In other words Pelé played in a very competitive league his entire club career aswell at national team level. Also, the south american teams at the time beat their european counterpart consistently in international club cup competitions. So to say that the brazilian league was worse than european football or even bad , is in my opinion a lie. Im not even a pele fan nor have i seen pele play but Pelé is certianly imo a top 3 footballer of all time. In my opinion alongisde messi and maradona.
