Is this the same location for a 2013 camaro?
I bought a 2013 camaro that had been crashed before all airbags were replaced but the air bag light is still on could it be that they dint reset the module?

It might not be exactly the same for the 2013 model but should be pretty similar. If your light is on, the first step is to diagnose the airbag light. Hook up the scan tool / scanner to the car and read the airbag codes. You connect the scan tool right into the OBD port/plug. Its usually located below the steering wheel, on the left. You are welcome to reply to us with the trouble code that it reads. www.myairbags.com

Question: my 2017 Camaro will be used track events and hopefully within the next year time attacks, it is not my daily driver only use it for track days I'm thinking about removing the module and disconnecting the units because I will be going with full race seats, will I still get the check engine light on or will I be able to take it off once the modules are completely removed from the car?

RacerXXX, Thats a very solid question! Even though it must be awesome to watch your Camaro fly down the track, I'm sorry, we are not able to advise you on removing safety features from it. We only specialize in restoring the airbag system back to a functioning state. May the Checkered Flags be in your favor :)

Thank you for a interesting video!
I have bought a Camaro 2012 with air bag service light on. As far I know no airbags accidents have been but seems to be common with airbag module problems on these Camaros.
I pulled the codes today and got "reset high voltage disable request after crash event detected" and these codes:
    U00700 Can Bus Communication,
    B101D00 Electronic Control Unit Hardware,
B132503 Control Module Power Circuit Lower voltage,
U17000 Lost Communication with passenger presence Module
B00210D Passenger seat side airbag deployment loop - high resistance
    B008100 Passenger presence module
Will these problems be solved if you reset the SDM module? And what is the cost if so?

Hi Johnny, Thank you for your question!
Our reset service is only beneficial if the car was in an accident.

      Jonathan,
Make sure to replace any airbags that deployed.
On the Camaro 2017, the seat belt pretensioners deploy as well. You have dual stage seat belts in that car.
You can replace those or have them professionally rebuilt here with us.
The sdm derm unit / airbag module needs to be replaced or reset. We can reset it for you as well.
It only takes 24 hours to turn your order around once we receive it.
