- Diving in the north-west of Bali around the island of Menjangan. We stayed for one week at the Naya Gawana Resort and Extra Divers in May 2019. We made numberous dive trips to the island of Menjangan and several dives around the Gawana bay. For one day we headed over to the jetty of Gilimanuk where the famous secret bay dive site is located for some amazing muck diving.

Die Anglerfische sind echt toll, sitzen einfach nur da und warten, bis was Essbares vors Maul schwimmt und dann wird es einfach eingesogen. Wenn die Angel mal abgebissen wird, dann wächst sie innert wenigen Tagen nach, auch das kommt vor. Viele liebe Grüsse, Markus

What a Amazing video .. The water very clear .. I love it .. Very satisfying !!! Have you ever try night dive in Menjangan area ? If yes, would you pls upload the video ? I would like to see it .. I’ve been to Gawana Extra Divers with my mom in June and met with Robert the dive Instructor.. Your video make me want to learn diving soon .. Pls upload more underwater world video !!

Unfortunately we did not do any night dives in Menjangan, sorry for that. But in our Tulamben video is a brief night dive sequence and the Liberty wreck was early morning before sunrise, so it was quite dark as well. Yes, more diving videos will follow. We will be diving in Raja Ampat over New Year, so there will be some (hopefully) beautful videos next year. Wishing you all the best and good luck with your diving plans! Best regards, Markus
