I come back to this one alot. This is the version I knew growing up. My Mom would play it to help herself calm down when getting ready for Dialysis. It always seemed to feel like things were okay for a little bit when Gorillaz was playing. I miss her every day.

Gorillaz got us through a lot when she was sick, and they were one of the nicest continuities in our life with all of the turmoil surrounding us. Listening to this was like being home, no matter where we were. We had music to keep us together and I look back on that time with nothing but fondness. I am so thankful she imparted her music interests on me because I’ll always have her with me through this.
Little Dragon was always such a perfect fit for Gorillaz. She should be considered an official member at this point. Damon Albarn obviously has a talent for songwriting, but he has an exceptional and unique talent for choosing who he collaborates with.
